UPDATE 2/11: JILLY BILLY HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!!
Since we just lost our one-eyed kitty less than a week ago, we thought this would be the perfect time to feature another monocular meow.
Miss Jilly has been at the shelter for a couple of months. She had both eyes when she was brought in, but one had been injured. She has adjusted well to her permanent wink and it has not dampened her adventurous spirit.
